In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“ GDPR”), we hereby inform you that the personal data requested in this form (name, phone number, email address, mailing address) by Queen Company SRL is used in good faith for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual obligations arising from the distance sales contract established upon order confirmation.
- Your email address will be used to confirm your order, send the invoice, and provide tracking information for the package(s) containing the products you ordered; we will also use this email address to send any notifications or requests related exclusively to fulfilling our contractual obligations regarding the processing and shipment of your order;
- Your first name, last name, phone number, and address will be used to create shipping documents and will be used by our partner courier company, DPD, on behalf of SC Queen Company SRL exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract: SMS notification regarding the delivery time and the actual delivery of the package.

Conclusion of the Contract
All information on the Website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a Commercial Contract until an order is placed and confirmed.
After placing an order on the Website, we will send you an email notification regarding the receipt of your order. Acceptance of the order will be communicated to you via email in the form of an Order Confirmation. The contract between Queen Company and the buyer becomes valid upon the dispatch of the Order Confirmation and refers strictly to the confirmed Products.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT AT ANY TIME CONSIDER AN UNCONFIRMED ORDER TO HAVE THE VALIDITY OF A CONTRACT.
The contract is considered concluded upon sending the email containing the Order Confirmation to the buyer.

Subject Matter of the Contract
All products displayed on the website www.suportpescuit.ro in the “Online Shop” section may be ordered, but only while supplies last.
There may be slight color variations between the actual product and its image on the website. These differences may result from image processing.
Price
The prices displayed on the Website are in RON excluding VAT, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total payment. The purchase price shown on the invoice will be the same as the one displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are listed in the “Product Delivery” section.
We make every effort to ensure that the prices listed on the Website are accurate; however, due to errors or technical issues, there may be instances where the displayed price is incorrect. If errors occur and certain products are listed at an incorrect price, you will be contacted and given the option to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled, and we will proceed with a refund of the amount paid. We are not obligated to fulfill orders for products with incorrect prices if the error is obvious and the listed price does not fall within our standard price range.
We reserve the right to change the prices of products listed on the website at any time, except for products that are the subject of a confirmed order, provided that the confirmed price is not the result of a technical error.
Return Policy
The buyer has the right to notify the seller in writing that they are canceling the purchase, without penalty and without providing a reason, and to return the product(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
The buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the products. To exercise your right to unilaterally terminate the contract, you must notify us in writing by completing the Return Form included in the package and sending it to contact@suportpescuit.ro. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Queen Company’s acceptance of the return. To be accepted for return, the products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you (they must have their original packaging, covers, and wrapping; they must not be used or damaged; and the accompanying documents must remain intact). The package must also contain the Return Form, completed with all necessary information.
To process your return request as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the products via a courier service (e.g., DPD, FAN Curier, Urgent-Cargus). The buyer may choose to replace the returned product with another one currently in stock. If you wish to replace the returned product with another one available in stock, the return shipping costs will be borne by you, the customer, and the shipping costs for the new product will be borne by the merchant. Replacement with a higher-value product requires payment of the difference via cash on delivery upon receipt of the package. The refund for the returned product will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days via bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the Return Form.
If you received a product other than the one ordered or a defective product, please contact the suportpescuit.ro team within 72 hours (tel 0775347400 2, 36 Domneasca St., Galati) to report this issue, and we will ensure that the product is replaced with a new one or that the money is refunded as soon as possible. Only in this situation will the return and shipping costs for the replacement product, if applicable, be covered by Queen Company. For products whose packages show visible damage upon delivery by courier, we recommend that you refuse to accept them.
Warranty

All materials used in the manufacturing process come from the country’s top suppliers and have undergone rigorous testing prior to sale.
Product Warranty Certificate
The warranty is a guarantee of the quality provided by S.C. QUEEN COMPANY SRL and applies to any product purchased from suportpescuit.ro.
Warranty Period
The warranty period is the time limit that begins on the date of purchase, during which the manufacturer assumes responsibility for repairing or replacing the purchased product at its own expense, provided the defects are not attributable to the consumer, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Government Ordinance No. 21/1992 and in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021.
For products purchased from our store, we offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. For any defects you may discover during this period, we invite you to return the product as soon as possible for evaluation.
Warranty Terms
The consumer is entitled to corrective measures from the seller, Queen Company SRL (the guarantor), at no cost, in the event of non-conformity of the goods, and such corrective measures are not affected by the commercial warranty
We guarantee that the product purchased from S.C. Queen Company SRL is a safe, new (unused), authentic product (the product bears the identification elements of the legally registered trademark) and free from any defects.
Provided that the maintenance instructions are followed, the product exhibits normal quality and performance parameters (which the consumer can reasonably expect), given the nature and purpose for which the product was manufactured, over the average period of use. Please note that, over time and with use, all products will show signs of wear and tear, and this does not constitute a defect.
Important: The warranty applies only if the buyer provides proof of purchase—presentation of the tax invoice is mandatory.
Warranty Procedures:
In the event of product non-conformity, the warranty will be honored within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of notification, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 11, 12, and 13 of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021, as follows:
- Product Repair
- • Product replacement—if the product cannot be repaired
- • Price reduction
- • Refund of the product’s purchase price, if neither repair nor replacement is possible.
- To bring the goods into conformity, the Consumer may choose between repair and replacement, unless the chosen remedy would be impossible or, compared to the other available remedy, would impose costs on the Seller that would be disproportionate, pursuant to Art. 11(2) (2) of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021.
- The Consumer may opt for a specific remedy if the non-conformity of the goods is discovered shortly after delivery, within 30 calendar days.
Circumstances under which the warranty becomes inapplicable or void
• Normal wear and tear of the product
• Discoloration of the product or its components resulting from prolonged exposure to harsh environmental conditions (sunlight or other intense heat sources, humidity, rain, snow, etc.)
• damage to the product resulting from natural disasters (fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, etc.), accidents, arson, or theft
• defects caused by improper transport, handling, and storage
• defects caused by improper, abusive, incorrect, or modified use of the product and/or under conditions other than those for which it was tested and designed
• intervention, repair, or modification by unauthorized persons, including painting the product
• damage to the product caused, intentionally or unintentionally, by mechanical shocks (breaking, snagging, impact, scratching, etc.)
• improper maintenance (cleaning using inappropriate methods or products)
• The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered by the warranty: material characteristics such as grain patterns, slight color variations, product imperfections, distinctive marks, and irregularities—these very features demonstrate the authenticity and quality of the materials from which our products are made.
