Delivery is made via DPD only within Romania, within a maximum of 5 business days from the successful placement of your order, to the address you specified. In the event of a force majeure situation, delivery may be delayed. Please provide an address where you can be reached between 9 AM and 6 PM on business days, as deliveries are made only during this time. Shipping costs 25 Lei for all orders. An additional fee of 5 Lei applies for cash-on-delivery payments.

We reserve the right to stop shipping orders to individuals who have not fulfilled their financial or other obligations to Queen Company. Furthermore, the contract will be interpreted and executed in good faith. Any abuse will result in the termination of all contractual relations.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders received after 4:00 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. The delivery period begins upon receipt of the order confirmation email. Queen Company is not responsible for unforeseen delays. Except in cases of force majeure, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 5 business days from the date the order is placed. For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Post Offices. Please verify the order upon delivery: the number of boxes, the integrity of the package, and that the delivery code matches the one on the order. Please report any discrepancies in writing, both on the courier company’s documentation and at contact@suportescuit.ro. If the product received is damaged, we recommend returning it in its original condition, without using it and without removing the labels. The loss or damage of products ordered on the website becomes your responsibility upon signing the shipping documents.
